How can I register for the Summit and what are the costs?


IMERSA Summit 2018 registration fees are:

$300 for one day only

$850 for the full Summit. Register early for significant discounts!

If you are a presenter ask your session producer about registration.

How do I get from the airport to the hotel and back?

Bus or Lyft.

Is there an event hotel or discound accommodations?

We have made arrangements for a block of rooms at reduced rates. You can book your accommodations here  http://www.imersa.org/doubletree-by-hilton 

Is there transportation provided?

You will not need to rent a car to participate in the activities. You can catch a bus from the airport to the hotel. The hotel is within walking distance of event center COSI. All of the events are at COSI Planetarium.

What should I wear in Columbus OH?

Dress business casual for both day and evenings at the Summit. Ohio weather can be extraordinarily variable during the winter months. Snow in the morning, warm sun in the afternoon. Or just the reverse! be prepared. Bring a hat, warm jacket and good wet weather shoes.
